I have gotten my nails done by Tina many times and I have always been happy. There was one time I went back because I did not like the color I picked and she fixed it right away with a smile. She always gives me ideas for colors and is patient with me even though I take a long time to pick what I want. Tina secures the nails very well and I’ve never had a nail fall off. She is very sweet and works quickly while doing a good job. I definitely recommend her.

Nails were good however one of the nail techs kept insisting she could not do a specific nail design because of my girlfriends skin color. My girlfriend is African and has dark skin . The nail tech kept saying that the hand model in example picture of the nail design had beautiful hands and that my girlfriend had dark skin therefore it couldn’t work. Eventually the nail tech gave up and another tech took her place . There was absolute no need to talk badly about her skin color. It’s racist and disgusting. Do better!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. The lady was very rude & acted like me being there was a problem. No customers was inside, you would think she would be grateful a customer actually walked in to be helped. I will never return. Walked out before she could even start my nails, NEVER AGAIN!

I was super impressed with this place. I found them on Google, looking for a salon close to me and with good reviews. It’s totally updated and looks really nice and modern inside. Great warm atmosphere. Jay did my nails, I tried the dipping powder for the first time, and it looks and feels great! He was so friendly and the other women working were extremely nice too. I love that you can easily make an appointment online and then check in on the kiosk when you arrive. Thank you for a great first experience, I’ll be back!

PROS: Very clean, organized, and friendly. CONS: Quality of service wasn’t good at all. I had the classic pedicure, but there was no massage or exfoliation like described in the service, and she didn’t even file my toe nails. Polish application was very poor. I was in and out in less than 30 min, and the technician left when she was done and just sort of left me sitting there. It was very odd. Definitely not worth $30.
