Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve added a before and after of my nails. I did powder dip with Lisa. She did an excellent job I am very happy with the results. My pedicure was done with Tina and she also did a really good job, I posted a photo but don’t have a before. I feel like a lot of times when I get my toes done people don’t cover the whole nail or they are a bit sloppy with them, but she did amazing. Excellent results and the massage was wonderful. Terry does a fabulous job in creating beautiful long lasting nails. I highly recommend him! My boyfriend and I have had several pedicures here, also, and were extremely happy with them and the kind ladies who did them. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The salon was unkempt. I noticed a dead cricket in the floor near the polishes that had been there quite some time, as it was brown and dry. It lead me to believe they hadn’t swept the area well in a while. I noticed spots on the tables that attach to chairs, as well as dried out red nail polish that had dripped onto the chairs’ water faucet area. The tubs, however, did look clean, and the workers were polite. I decided to stay, unfortunately. I waited in my chair for about an hour before the tech arrived to begin. She thanked me for waiting and said they were short-staffed, an excuse for less-than-adequate service that has become far too common in many places of business these days.

I’ve only had amazing experiences at Diamond Nail Spa. I recently took my 10 year old in for her first nail set and the nail technician went above and beyond for her needs. He understood exactly what she wanted and made her feel comfortable. They are always fun, upbeat and energetic.

Love this place! Out of all the nail places Diamond Nail is by far the best customer service, friendly people and great prices and discounts. I have gotten 30% off at times. The more I go there the more discounts I get. I signed up for text or email and receive even on my birthday discounts. Truly a nice atmosphere. Diamond Nail Spa is absolutely amazing! I’ve always loved my nails when I walk out the door, they make sure to ask as they go if you like them so far. If you pick a color that you want to try, but are not 100% sure you will like it, they do one nail and then show you to make sure you love it. Jason is my guy, but I’ve used a few other techs as well, and was happy with all of them. The first time I broke a nail a few days after getting a fresh set on, they fixed it at no cost. I also love that they have a zelle and venmo option! I could go on and on. 5 stars and highly recommend!
