This is the second time I have got a full set and when I removed them their is obviously fungus growing under my nail. It’s clean, always has been. This has always been my go to spot for pedicures. Now I make it once a year when in area. This time my nails look good, until you look close….then you see all the nail polish on the skin on the front of my toes! Funny, not funny. What’s happened to caring about your work. Very unprofessional an untrained in customer service. For the money I paid it was very disappointing and low quality care. 1/2 the process I paid for was not giving. Very cold machine like process. I felt worse when they were done and my fingers polish was very sloppy and off my nails on to my skin.

Made an appointment in advance and got an acrylic set of gel nails! Took 45 minutes altogether and she did a cat eye for me! It was $52 with the cat eye. Otherwise it is normally $42. I love this place, they are very friendly and take care of their customers!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCompletely messed up my eyebrows, so now they are so uneven that it looks ridiculous. Made my toe bleed during the pedicure. Chairs were filthy and one employee was sleeping. Not to mention they argued with me over my eyebrows. Overall unprofessional and poor customer service. Critical: Quality, ValueGot sns powder on a Wednesday. By Saturday both of my thumb nails snapped off. These were long natural nails btw. Extremely painful when they broke. One of my fingers bled. It is broken into the nail bed so I can’t even get an extension. And I can remove it cause the remover will burn my cut. I’m so angry, paid over $70 for all services. I told Cathy to do 3 coats of the dip powder but she only did 2 because she said that would make them too thick. I always get 3 everywhere else I go and this has never happened. Also the color looks different on my nail bed compared to the part that is extended because it is too thin from the 2 coats.
