I went to get a simple French manicure done and no one was capable of doing a clean/neat white line. I paid $41 to leave extremely unhappy. I left with dried anc on my hands, nails poorly shaped, and no French tip…. it’s weird how they can do 3 inch long nails with everything under the sun on them but botch a simple manicure. I’ve been going to diamond for almost 2 years now & have never had a bad experience. Savannah is extremely talented and professional & always is able to do any design I show her for my nails. they always come out amazing& i am always getting compliments! Highly recommend diamond nails

Nikki does AMAZING work. She is talented and professional. Overall satisfied however the rest of the staffs attitudes could use some work. They aren’t a friendly group. Always seem annoyed when someone comes in or when you call for an appointment.

If I can rate this nail salon 0 stars I would. First off I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set a whole month in advance and the day before they confirmed my appointment. There is only one person that does pedicures and she called out sick for the day so I was notified to just come in for your full set at the designated time. A whole 20 mins before my appointment I received a text from savannah that she had to cancel and told me I had to reschedule. I immediately responded and asked if there was someone else available? Unfortunately, I did not get a response back so I called the salon multiple times and they ignored every single one of my calls. I even tried to DM savannah on her Instagram page which said she was active and I was still ignored. I am upset on how unprofessional they handle potential customers. It was uncalled for. I will never try to book with diamond nails again. It’s the worst service I ever experienced with any business. All I wanted was to reschedule or book with someone else and the least they could have done is pick up or accommodate me. I really hope no one has to experience the foolery they call service. It’s ridiculous!!

I went there and the technicians and the owner are rude. (Unless to your hispanic apparently.) My technician didn’t want to greet me. The owner was vulgar. My nail work was very sloppy and came home with acrylic all over my skin and she cut me several times. They are also not sterilizing tools. My nails were designed to match their Christmas tree. (Which was my fault because I gave the tech creative control and didn’t realize until after.) I have no pictures I literally took it all off and reshaped them when I came home. Very disappointed.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBEST NAIL SALON!! Will not go anywhere else no matter what. Customer service is great! Phone receptionist very respectful. Savannah does my nails soooo good im always getting continuous compliments even when my nails are due for fill ins. New salon, clean environment, Spanish run, all technicians were full when I went in at 6pm. I was able to get a pedicure immediately. Ashley was very friendly, meticulous with her work. Took about an hour, regular polish was $20 and gel was $25 (special promotion)
