Positive: ValueTo start, I wish they would update their hours because I usually go earlier than 10AM>> I haven’t had a bad experience here, it isn’t usually busy when I go and I love the way my nails come out every time. I go once every two weeks for a gel fill and manicure. This is also the least expensive place I have gone to in the area. I have paid double or more at other places for less quality work. I can’t really complain. The artists work with me on what they can and can’t recreate from my reference photos and I don’t expect absolute perfection because we are all just human :). To start, I wish they would update their hours because I usually go earlier than 10AM>> I haven’t had a bad experience here, it isn’t usually busy when I go and I love the way my nails come out every time. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIt’s appt only now because of covid but when you call they tell you , you have a appt but when you go in they don’t remember or have anything well scheduled out. Best to find somewhere else during this covid because you have a 1pm appt it will turn into 3pm because they just answer calls and tell people to come in at times they aren’t even checking to see are available.
