If I could give less than 1 star I would. Went for a dip manicure and not only did the nail tech barely listen to what I was asking for, he clearly did not feel comfortable doing what I asked but failed to express that. They burned not only mine but also my friends nail beds multiple times to the point where my friend was flinching and saying “ow!” I literally felt a terrible burning sensation on my nail beds when sticking my hands under the UV light. I have never been one to complain or even speak up for myself at a nail appointment but I absolutely had to today. He missed several spots with the dip powder and when I politely asked him to fix it he just covered it with polish!! My nails were uneven and bumpy to the point where I had to file them down myself when I got home. I hate to bash a place so much because I understand that it is someone’s business, but it needs to be done. I am having to go elsewhere to get them fixed because I don’t trust this place to fix them. They also kept switching techs mid manicure. I had one person applying and then one person filing and so on! Very annoying. The design was messy, rushed, uneven, and as you can see from the picture just all around BAD. Also, when I politely asked for a refund, he refused! Needless to say I will never be back!

I have been to this location many times and always had great experiences, I went on 3/31 and had to bring my baby with me and they were all so nice and kind they even helped me with my baby when she was getting fussy lol they made sure I was still relaxed the whole time. I got a gel manicure and pedicure which is chipping after 2 days, the polish is on my skin and cuticle, causing it to lift and chip. So disappointed after spending so much money!! Will not return, do not recommend!!

I have been going here for a few months, and honestly it has been a great experience. I get a gel on my nails by Mimi, who is fabulous at what she does. I usually make an appointment; otherwise, you can be waiting a while if you are a walk-in.

I go in at least once every two weeks with my daughter she loves going with me and getting her nails polished. They do a fantastic job but the last time I went in they were talking about me right to my face and they did not hide the fact they were doing so it was made very obvious so as long as you don’t get hurt feelings and kind being talked about they do fantastic nails

I really like the people that work there. Very nice and quick. But, they are very inconsistent with their quality of nails. The shape is always different… Sometimes they look great! Not cheap either.
