I was nervous to go here due to it being in a strip mall & it not having the ambiance of the expensive spa i had in my head (but not my wallet). Its not fancy but its super quality. Obviously theres probably multiple employees here doing massages but whoever i got was incredible. I walked in literally hunched in pain & explained where i was hurting and walked out with so much relief. I didn’t get badgered to leave a tip in any way. Obvious spot for a cheap walk in massage especially if looking for pain relief. She literally ironed out all the knots in my shoulder

Worst massage experience ever! I’m a “massage therapist” and have had hundreds of massages. Let’s just say these people are “masseuse’s” that do “masseusey things” as my old massage instructor would say.

Called and got an appointment for same day. I was a bit nervous as it was my first ever massage. The masouse did an excellent job and really worked my lower hip pain away. I’d definitely recommend Diamond massage. Thank you! See ya soon.

I called on Friday and was able to get right in. That’s a win right off the bat!! The building looks better on the inside than it does on the outside. The decor is old but it’s very very clean. I was very comfortable. Candice got in and worked the kinks out of my neck and shoulders with great professional accuracy. Her technique and style are impressive. I was also treated to a hot rock massage and that was really nice. I hope to be going back on a regular basis I feel it is great bang for the buck!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now.. I went here to get a deep tissue massage, as I was getting the massage it was upgraded to add hot stones without my consent. The lady who was massaging me left the room 5 separate times to go answer the phone and talk to guests who walked in, so I sat in the room as the CD player skipped over and over. At the last 1/3 of my massage, the original woman left and someone else walked in to finish my massage, she just started smacking the bottoms of my feet and lifting my legs off the table. Both masseuses ignored the fact I came in with the hope to get my bad shoulder worked on, it was just a routine for them and they didn’t take in any of concerns I had. At the end of my massage I walked out and waited for 10 minutes in the front room to pay, no one was there, they started working on other people. I finally spoke loudly asking for help and the original masseuse I had walked out from a room and took my payment. Mind you now it was increased for the hot stones I didn’t ask for.. I was so upset with the experience I tipped $5. When she recounted the money, she had the audacity to say that I didn’t tip enough and stuck her hand out asking for more money. Recap: was left alone multiple times, didn’t follow my requests for isolated massage, add ins I didn’t ask for, multiple ladies worked on me, nobody was there to accept payment, and rudely asking for a larger tip for the inadequate experience I received. Strongly would not recommend.

Stopped in to give it a try. I just wanted the 1-hour foot massage for $35 having never been there before. The 2 ladies I saw there both tried to get me to do the $45 combo, I declined. Most of these places say “foot” but do a brief body massage as well, but this place was only foot, which is fine since that is what it said. But it was only 45 min, not an hour and I was pressured to tip and treated like it wasn’t enough and they charge $2 for credit card pmt, most other places I’ve gone charge $1. The massage was ok, not great, not the worst.

On top of that they where forcing us to tip 20% I would have not mind it, if one my massage would have been done completely and two if it didn’t seem like it was a must!!! I would probably had given more that that because customer service is above all but she got upset my mom could not understand her (my mom is Spanish speaker only)(they do not speak a lot of English) you can see where it got complicated.. then they cut my massage short enhance the fact I never saw the hot stones part of the massage. My sister, step mom, and I came in for the 60 minute foot massage after running a half marathon. It was a great experience! Very professional, clean, and relaxing – plus you can’t beat the price ($35 plus tip). We loved that it was a full body massage on top of the foot massage. The three of us agreed that our favorite part was the hot stone massage. The employees are great at making sure you are comfortable. We all left very pleased with our service and look forward to returning!
