By far one of my worst experiences. I felt more stressed leaving than I did coming in. This is not a professional facility, and there is no privacy. You can hear people yelling and all types of noises. The head rest was extremely painful facing down. There is much more that I cannot fathom; and the massage had no quality, just going with the pace. Very disturbing facility! I will never come back here, do not even waste your time, when there is one massage place down the street that is far more superb!

Came in on a Sunday and it was very busy. People were in and out. The place is very quiet and small. When you first walk in there’s a dark shared massage room with many other customers which is weird for me to see . It’s like the massage places in Thailand. I wanted the 1 hour massage with hot stones and a female masseuse. So they put in a private room which is a relief ( I didnt want to take my clothes off infront of all these people).

This massage is absolutely terrible and the woman at the front was so mean because we called 20 minutes prior to arriving and nobody answered so when we did arrive, the were 5 people ahead of us in line so she made us wait 2 hours to get a 60 minute massage that sucked and because of all of that we are giving this place a 1 star and it deserves nothing better

It’s a small place crammed with many beds separated by curtains. It’s very dark in there. The bed itself and place for my face to go were uncomfortable. I’ve had many massages before and this was the worst experience. It was very painful to have an elbow jabbed into me in very quick motions, nonstop. It was not relaxing at all. I also got burnt with the hot stones. The entire time it was not a pleasant experience. I was in a lot of pain the next day which is to be expected but I never go to actually feel better which is what is supposed to happen a couple days later. In short, yes it was cheaper but it was not actually helpful.

Better not to booked online. We’ve booked an appointment online and received an email confirmation but when we get there, they said we don’t have any reservation. My niece who booked over the phone same day is on their list.. Not gonna recommend this kind of service.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey were quick to set an appointment same day within the hour. My wife and I arrived to notice the entire room is shared with other people. The lady who was working on my wife kept answering the phone mid massage while working on her. After about 20 minutes, she switched with another man who took over the remaining massage while she ran the front office. My wife prefers women for her massage and without consent they switched to a male. He went much too rough and she asked him countless times to go easier. He actually stayed the words, “No pain no gain” to her. This led for a very uncomfortable situation for her and myself. We definetaly do not recommend this place and hope their management steps up and addresses these issues.They were quick to set an appointment same day within the hour. This place is legit. Inexpensive but good services. If you love your massage, get the person’s name! Make an appointment with that person the next time, as it can be hit or miss. Bring cash for tip.

It’s not the most fancy, but can’t find a better place for the price. Super nice staff too! It was calm and quiet as well even though it’s close to a major intersection.
