Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valueeverytime i come here they are always doing the people who have gotten there AFTER me, nails before me. extremely unprofessional. today i waited for over an hour to get the acrylics glued on. after they were glued on she moved on to help people who had JUST walked in. aren’t you suppose to start something and finish it? especially when i have been waiting for a long time. so i wait for another hour. The technicians were bouncing between customers without washing their hands or sanitizing. There was no bag in the pedicure bowl and the water was not warm.
