Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI’ve been coming here for several years although not regularly. While I find it difficult to get the same barber twice in a row, I’ve never had a bad cut. Came here two weeks ago and the owner cut my hair, he did a great job… but unfortunately he moved to Texas and he put me in contact with one of the barbers named Kevin. I called Kevin and booked an appointment for Friday but had to cancel it because of a issue I needed to resolve and rescheduled with him for Sunday. I show up today (Sunday) and Kevin isn’t here, the dude inside asked me if I had an appointment and I told him yes with Kevin at 10:40. So he calls Kevin and has a short convo with him and the dudes like I don’t have an appointment with him and I won’t be in until 1PM so he can call me and reschedule. Nah bro I already did that on Friday. I called you two days ago. And i made sure to call you several hours in advance to cancel my original appointment. You’re just trying to play me now. This is how you treat customers it’s too easy I’ll take my money elsewhere. And the five people that I’ve told about y’all I’ll make sure I retract my praises about this barber shop.

Ask for Rodney. He’s the best fader there. Long wait times but book ahead 2 or 3 days before and through the Booksy app. For any army guys looking to get a cut on Sunday, don’t. Place gets packed so come on Saturday
