I absolutely loved my experience with this business and I will definitely be back! I was hesitant and nervous to say the least because my hair is short and thin because it had fallen out due to health issues the year earlier. Well, all of my angst was put to rest and I love my hair! Not only that but the basement is nice and cozy and all of the workers were very pleasant.

My daughter and I got our hair done a couple of weeks ago, and were done in a few hours. I was glad that it was fast and friendly, and also was happy that we were able to get an appointment quickly. We had to leave and go out of town for family. I want to thank the ladies for a wonderful job. I would have uploaded pictures but again I had a lot going on that is why my review is late. I would love to take pictures at the 3 week mark but we didn’t tie up our hair. The pictures will not do justice to the work that was done. Thanks again

Read another person’s review and was excited that they do tree braids. I brought my own hair and they were fast and courteous. Took care around my edges. Braids are tight enough to hold the style but not to the point of excessive discomfort. Will definitely be back!

I love how she took her time and got it right. I have been in Michigan area and have tried multiple locations. Its usually hard to find someone to do french braids consistently but she showed me that I can return. Absolutely love it!! Started as soon as I got there with no problem .

The ladies at Diamond did my Mohawk braids for me today and they are beautiful. They gave me eacxtly what I saw on the picture . My hair is neat and they kept checking to make sure they were not to tight and I was comfortable. I’m so glad I found them. If you are looking for a shop that is welcoming with a staff that is friendly and knows their business this is the place. I would highly recommend.

I was scared to go get my hair braided because I’m not use to going to private homes but I was quickly put to ease. I don’t know the ladies name that braided my hair.. but they did a good job! It took 3 hours, it wouldve been less but one had to start on another customers head (which was fine with me). They are very nice and welcoming. Asked if I was ok, did I need my drink warmed and engaged in small talk. Thank you ladies for doing my hair and being so nice and professional. FYI.. Just got it done today, not even an hour ago.
