Tried to get a hair cut here . Awesome online process! Showed up to a locked door. No sign for business hours. No answer on the phone. Called them. No answer. This was 15 minutes prior to my 12:30 appt. Got a call back from Brenda who said she didn’t open till 12:30 offered to cancel appt for me. How nice since they charge if you don’t show up….. probably cause the customer didn’t feel welcomed by no open door, no sign of hours, and no visible staff. Good luck with the cut if you ever get in.

The salon was clean and Brenda was efficient and achieved exactly what I wanted. And it was very affordable. She was able to work with my thick, curly, high maintenance hair! The place is very clean and cute, and the woman who owns it is very very sweet it’s unbelievable. She made sure I was comfortable with how she was about to cut my hair and made sure she understood what I wanted 🙂 She even explained how to cook a dish when I asked something good I should make and gave me tips on how to manage my colored hair and she offers many products to buy at checkout- I bought a hair oil and I love it ❤️

Super polite and very friendly service but it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Not at all how I wanted. Everyone tells me it looks chopped even though its supposed to be in layers. My bangs are very short. Nothing like the picture I showed the girl. I’ve been to Brenda before and liked the way she cut my hair. This time is was someone else who cut my hair and I can’t say I’m happy anymore.

I tip her so much more just because she is the best in this state for women who have none blonde straight hair. She took my Virginia hair and did a Balyage using non harsh products. She takes the time to listen and doesn’t over chop my hair. Truly a God send.
