I took my 4 yr old daughter to get her hair braided for an event at school & the beautician was pulling her hair too tight. It caused my daughter to become very hysterical & made her cry. I only stayed to let the beautician finish because she was already half way done. The owner of the shop tried to blame me for the style that I chose for her beautician to do on my daughter’s hair. I would not recommend this hair braiding salon to anyone for service.

Poor customer service, poor quality work. Braids started coming out in 2 days, the owner told come back another day and she would fix it since she was busy at the time….well it was now 4days since the install when i went back, she told me i would now hav to pay her to fix it since it had almost been a week since the initial install.

Today my experience at the African Hair Braiding has been spectacular I am comfortable with the price the beautician that is styling my hair is very detailed precise well mannered the hair quality is excellent expressions so for all of you that read any of the reviews I say disregard and experience it for yourself I have been coming here from time to time for substantial amount of time over the course of my life so I remain humble about my experience I recommend this location to anyone that needs their hair done whether they be from the town or not great eats @the fish market.
