Appointment at 0900, left at almost 1600 for a relaxer. I told her do not blow-dry and falt iron my hair after the roller set and she told me to TRUST HER. I said okay and at 0430 the next morning look at my hair when I combed it. I AM ANGRY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED. She told me it would only be me for 3 hours, but she had another color before I got there, don’t LIE!!!!
