I came home to visit family and desperately needed a haircut and fresh color! Dora managed to fit me in on short notice and did a gorgeous balayage and cut- it’s the best work I’ve had done in a long time- and I usually get cuts and color in Chicago or San Francisco.

I went for the first time a couple of days ago and Dora gave me a fabulous haircut. I was needing something shorter and she listened to my needs, asked about my styling routine (practically nonexistent), and looked at some hairstyle pictures I had brought in that I liked the look of. She made me feel comfortable and confident that I had come to the right person! I’m feeling great about my new style and will go back when it’s time for the next cut 🙂

I am so disappointed to have to leave such a negative review on what seems like a nice salon. I got a Russian manicure and a brow lamination in early January. I was very unimpressed with my services & reached out to Dora via email to discuss this, but I was ignored. I spent an outrageous amount of money to leave the salon feeling worse about myself than I did walking in. I have included pictures of my brow lamination service as a warning to anyone else who is considering and brow service at this salon. Please go anywhere else, they might be good with hair based on the other reviews, but the other services aren’t even remotely worth it.

I went here to get my hair color and cut. The person who did my hair did such a bad job, I ended up with hot roots and had to go to another place to get it fixed. On top of that, when I went back to show her my hair she didn’t even properly listen to me and told me to make another appointment later to get it fixed. Would not recommend this place for anyone with dark Asian hair.

Holly and Dora made me feel so welcome and happy!!! They addressed my embarrassing all over color myself gone wrong in a calming and professional manner about their plan to correct and how we would get there. I am elated at the beauty of the salon, the one on one attention and Holly did an amazing job on my long locks cleaning up with a beautiful curl style after.

What a wonderful addition to downtown Middleton! The decor is modern and luxurious, and as soon as you open the door to DG Beauty Salon, you are walking into a warm and inviting and very comfortable environment. Dora and her staff are welcoming, friendly and very professional with an eye to detail in every service that they provide. Each time I have a hair appointment with Dora, she offers a variation on the style and color so that I am walking out of the salon with something fresh and new each appointment. I love how I feel pampered and relaxed during my appointments, whether it is a manicure, a hair cut and color, or a simple lip wax. I highly recommend Dora and her staff!
