She listen to exactly what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for, she also gave me hair recommendations. The products were extremely affordable. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. Most times I just pay and leave and just decide never to go back but this was unacceptable on so many levels. I arrived for my appointment at 11am in which I was suppose to get a Detangling service and Hydration treatment. She advised for each additional min after 15 minutes, it would be $1 each minute to Detangling, I was fine with that. The problem is I arrived at 11am and didn’t leave until 3:44pm and I didn’t even get the Hydration treatment.After sitting in a side chair for almost 5 hours while we Detangled, portions of my hair between her other clients, I had enough. I no longer wanted the Hydration treatment. She advised she spent 60 minutes out of the 4:44 minutes I had been there Detangling my hair, so I paid for that left.The other concern that upset me was that she detangled my hair with a small tooth comb. The reason I was paying for a “professional” was because I wanted to have it done right since my hair was tangled and dry from recent braids I had just took down.I literally sat there any watched her pull my hair out.All in all I just spent $60 to have someone pull a lot of my hair out and have me sit at their place of business for nearly 5 hours.I would not recommend this salon.Picture of me in the car as I was leaving the salon so you can see the end results of how I left her salonService: HairstylingIt takes a lot for me to leave a bad review.
