Chemical Peel
A chemical peel is a treatment in which an acid solution is used to remove damaged outer layers of the skin. In performing chemical peels, our qualified providers apply alpha hydroxyl acids (AHA) and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) to the skin. These acids can vary in strength and depth of penetration to ensure each patient is receiving optimal treatment. A series of peel applications is recommended to achieve maximum results. Chemical peels are typically applied to the face, but it is common practice to apply to the neck, chest, hands or other areas of the skin. One of the biggest concerns most people have is maintaining a great physical appearance. Our peels address the visible skin imperfections that result from skin aging and sun exposure. It is an effective treatment for blemishes, wrinkles, uneven skin tone and texture and pigmentation.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a simple and safe procedure for exfoliating the epidermis and ridding the skin of fine vellus hairs (peach fuzz). Dermaplaing is a quick procedure with little to no adverse effects. Using a scalpel and delicate touch, the surface of the skin is lightly exfoliated by using light feathering strokes. It’s a great treatment for patients with sensitive skin, pregnant or nursing mothers, or those patients who want to exfoliate with skin with no required downtime considering that dermaplaning involves a scalpel coming into close contact with your skin, you want it carried out by someone with the right skills as well as extensive experience with the method. I need to preface with the fact that I am am Aesthetician and Laser Technician myself. I recently lost over 200 lbs and the volume loss in my face was driving me crazy. Amanda completely understood the assignment. Today I received under eye filler, temple filler, cheek filler, nasal labial filler, lip filler and 100 units of Botox for my forehead, bunny lines and platysmal bands. I have a tiny bruise on my right temple and that’s it! She used the cannula technique. She took her time and really balanced my asymmetrical face. I go back in two weeks for any tweaking that might be needed. I am super picky and I’ve been injected all over SL, Colleyville and FM and I’m super impressed and pleased with the service I received today. I highly recommend Amanda for all your Aesthetic needs.
