She heard my concerns, told me what she was going to do, gave a great scalp massage while she washed my hair, and instructed me on how to style when she was finished. She was knowledgeable on hair as well as the products she was using. She heard my concerns, told me what she was going to do, gave a great scalp massage while she washed my hair, and instructed me on how to style when she was finished.
