I got my hair dyed with jordan on 10/11/2022. By 10/20 it had already started to turn to silver. I’ve contacted jordan multiple times but she will not answer back. She needed to bleach it twice, because i used black box dye a few years prior and she didnt do it because it would “take too long”. She didnt leave the color in long enough, and when her other appointment came in after me, she rushed to get me out and gave up on finishing dying my hair. It hasnt even been a month and the color is almost all gone, with it being washed 4 times in cold water. The whole back of my head is turning silver. I am so beyond irritated with it, especially since she charged me $230, and wont answer back about fixing it.

I absolutely love this salon! Nicole has been styling my hair for a few years and I’ve never been disappointed. She is amazing!! All of the girls are friendly and welcoming and just give off good vibes. I’ve also been going to Rachel for my lashes and she is amazing as well!! I always recommend them to everyone! No good! I hated my hair paid 165 she won’t even fix it it looks nothing like the picture I showed her all around a horrible experience Amelia is not the stylist to go to! I understand stuff happens but if your client is completely unsatisfied with your hair and pays you at least offer to fix it! Not be rude and hateful! Money lost but lesson learned!!! Caution!!!!!!!
