First of all, D is very kind, and provides great services when it comes to lashes and eye brows. But do NOT go to her for henna. If you do, use a stencil do not ask her if she can free hand your henna design. Though she will tell you she can do it, the design is lackluster, messy, and not very clean looking. My lines are crooked, she did not go back over the design to correct the blobs. I’ve attached photos of the design she did. When I calmly brought to her attention that I wasn’t satisfied, she immediately became snappy and even raised her voice, saying “it’s not my fault, I tried to make it nice for you!” She then proceeded to use a w tip to start rubbing my hand in order to “erase” the already dried henna. I asked her if there was anything we could do, she said she would just charge 15 instead of 25 for the design, but I felt sad, and I even more hurt that when I simply tried to voice my concern, she blamed it on the “type” of henna and said that it “melted that way,”and that from far away the design looks good.” Because this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I’m not sure if I will return to her for any of my eyebrow or lash needs, which is really unfortunate, because I was typically a fan of her work.

Horrible service for the facial and she charges $80 without proper face and no neck clean up what so ever. Over the phone she said $50, but charged me $80 for the facial. Eyebrows were half done .Very unhappy. Stay away. Unsanitary and she used her palm to hold up the creams that she was going to put on my face.Will never return to her.
