I really didn’t want to resort to writing a review, but due to a lack of communication between the stylist and my mom I think it is necessary. My sister went to get her hair done by Missy. Prior to the appointment my mom walked in and showed her pictures of what my sister wanted. Missy saw it, said she could do it and named her price.This was my sister’s first time ever getting her hair colored, so she basically was a blank canvas. The final results were not good. From the pictures you can see that it’s not blended well and their are foil lines and patches. Missy did say she would correct it, but because the first time didn’t come out well and my mom feared it would only get worse, I insisted that my mom let me take her to my hair stylist (which I did). When my mom suggested she refund her part of the money because we realize she paid for product (and she could keep the tip) only wanted the rest back all communication stopped. My mom gave her a few opportunities and a whole weekend to get back to her and no response.

She is nice and caring and made sure my hair will be in good condition after many processes of bleach. I messed up my hair by bleaching it twice at home by myself and called Connie to fix my hair. She did an amazing job fixing my hair and making it platinum. Connie is an expert and did this all. I couldn’t be more thankful for her help fixing my hair. Connie is very professional and this is going to be my hairdresser from now on. Her prices are reasonable and very good service. I was so comfortable during my time with her. Oh My goodness what a treat I stopped in today with Connie and went from long dry unmanageable hair to the cutest medium shag. My two daughters never wanted me to cut it but I got a great thumbs up and they loved it .What a great shop and with Connie the owner taking care of you your in great hands.
