I’m embarrassed to have this manicure. I’ve given this place 6 tries over 1 1/2 time because the owner opened up a month before the pandemic shut down, but they have been consistently incompetent. They have inexperienced 18 year olds who do not listen to what the client wants, and do not do typical steps like cleaning up edges of the acrylic nails after painting. No hand massage with lotion or alcohol wipe my nails clean. They are overpriced for the quality. Also, I’ve gotten 3 waxes and I’m pretty sure the leg appointment they used an 18 year old who was not trained/certified because the wax pulled my pores out and I had red bumps for weeks. Luckily I was testing them out far away from my wedding to know this is a poor quality salon.

I am truly upset about the service I received this past Saturday 10/9 @9:45 am, me and my sister in law were super excited to try this place out! The lady who did my nails had a good attitude and was talkative I asked for full acrylic matte set color and glitter on one nail only. I left happy at the moment my nails looked good. The next day I notice a huge bubble on two of my nails and I called the place to have it fixed. I went over and 3 of my nails were fixed since the matte was lifting and the tech lady told me it was due to poor drying! I didn’t say much and told her I understood this things can happen. I am less than week with my nails on and the same thing happened to the rest of my nails! At this point I don’t feel like going back and get them fixed anymore! I am unsure if the tech doing my nails just didn’t know how to do a matte nail set but more than two of nails the color started peeling off again! This place is SUPER OVER PRICED!I payed 70 dollars plus tip! It is truly unfair to pay this much and get this results!

My favorite nail salon in the area and I’ve gone to all of them. The owner is very sweet and accommodating and always makes you feel welcome and tries to make everyone have the best experience possible. My daughter (5) also comes with me sometimes and has a wonderful experience and they always make her feel special and beautiful unlike other local salons who discourage children from coming in. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone who wants a clean, welcoming place to get beautiful nails!
