Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was the first time in 15 years someone did my hair for me so naturally I was nervous, but this was a fantastic decision! I used to be a regular, but as a broke college student I learned to do my hair myself. My carpal tunnel has gotten worse and it’s hard for me to blow dry and straighten my hair right now. Mary washed, deep conditioned, blow dried, and straightened my natural hair and she did a fantastic job!! She was amazingly fast and a great conversationalist! Normally this takes me 4 hours or so, but she got it all done in less than 90 minutes! I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of a salon in under 2 hours in my life! This was the first time in 15 years someone did my hair for me so naturally I was nervous, but this was a fantastic decision! I used to be a regular, but as a broke college student I learned to do my hair myself. My carpal tunnel has gotten worse and it’s hard for me to blow dry and straighten my hair right now. Critical: QualityMy hair is naturally curly and at first I was scared to come to this place because not everyone knows how to work with curly hair and I was not wrong. They charge me 45 dollars for a cut and they supposedly style my hair but it was bad. The only thing he did was give me frizz and my hair looked very dry and ugly I am so sad and devastated that my hair ended looking so bad, I was looking forward to this cut, I had 7-9 months without cutting my hair for this exact same reason. My hair is naturally curly and at first I was scared to come to this place because not everyone knows how to work with curly hair and I was not wrong. They charge me 45 dollars for a cut and they supposedly style my hair but it was bad.
