I appreciate the convenience of being able to set appointments online. My husband and I picked our nephew up from school and treated him to a haircut at this location. We we visiting from Kansas City and this was a first time visit at this location. Overall, we were pleased with the atmosphere. On the other hand, our appointment was for 3:15 and he was not able to get into the barber chair until roughly 20 minutes before 4:00. It was a Friday, they were pretty busy therefore, we tried to be understanding of that. We were pleased with his barber Mr D. Williams (I believe). Very professional guy. The customer service, diverse atmosphere and background music were great.

VERY overpriced, better to go to Great Clips at about 1/6 the cost for the same (maybe better) quality of haircut. Long haircut + beard + tip it was $90!! After getting home I was devastated once I realized how badly they butchered my hair, I attempted to get a refund by talking to the receptionist & sending an email, but the manager never responded. Hate to badly review a local business like this but they need to improve their service quality and customer service

Always love my cuts here. I’ve only lived here about 3 years. I usually just got my haircut on one of my monthly trips to Los Angeles because most of the haircuts i got in Detroit didn’t make me feel great. I’ve had 3 cuts here from 3 different barbers and loved them all. Not to mention arguably the best coffee in grosse Pointe is here too.
