She is very rude and unwelcoming. I was wrongly charged for a service bc my contact info was not up to date in their system and was told not come back when I asked for a refund.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get a blue black hair color. I was unsatisfied with the results. I let the stylist know in the store and she said “maybe when it hits the sun, you’ll see the blue” and she let me leave unsatisfied. On the drive home all I can see when the sun hit my hair was very dark brown, not even black and definitely not blue. I called them to express that I was unsatisfied. They did not care at all. I let the stylist know in the store and she said “maybe when it hits the sun, you’ll see the blue” and she let me leave unsatisfied.
