Detlev – Lifestyle Salon is a hair salon located on Fuller Street in Coconut Grove. This non-commission beauty salon is a team-based pay salon. What does this mean? It means our service providers are paid hourly, unlike other salons who work on commission and try to sell you on every service. We practice the highest form of team service, which means that the skills of our entire team are available to you. Meeting your needs and busy schedule is our top priority. Everyone here is responsible for taking care of our guests. In our salon culture, it’s okay to try others on our team for hair color, styling, or any of your other hair care needs. Mercy did a good job. I guess we should have done the gloss at the end, but we were not sure. She was listening and asking questions but didn’t understand exactly what I wanted. I love the color, but there’s no blond at all, while I would have liked to keep the blond on the tips and just warm up the roots. The haircut is ok but not great.
