I had a very pleasant experience here and the atmosphere was very welcoming. As someone who has had bad experience after the other, I spent years doing my own hair because I couldn’t find anyone I trusted to give me what I wanted and set realistic expectations. Ashley Hall has been a saving grace for my desire to have bright, beautiful blonde hair. She is the only person I trust in my 30 years to always give me a comfortable experience while providing the results I desire. She has always set appropriate expectations in her chair with me and I’m forever grateful to have her as a stylist! She allows me to leave her chair feeling confident and beautiful and everyone deserves that. I strongly recommend you checking out her work and allowing to take care of all your hair needs!

I don’t have a ton of experience with the salon, it’s very lovely though. I mostly wanted to come here and brag on one of their stylists, Ashley Hall. The best cut and color experiences I’ve ever had the last two times now. She uses the best quality products and really cares about how you feel when you leave her chair. I would recommend Ashley for cut and color over any other stylist in northern KY.

Best salon experience I’ve ever had Ashley was the best! She helped me figure out what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding my hair, but Ashley made me so comfortable and completely understood feelings. My hair looks and feels amazing!

If I could give 1/2 star I would!! I gave 1 star because they were understanding about us being late. However, I showed Ashley the color and style I wanted and I asked if she could do this she said yes. I even told the color was hazelnut with ginger highlights. Ashley said it’s a medium reddish brown with ginger highlights, I asked again if she could do this, the highlights were chunky. Well my hair is more like a light to lighter reddish blonde I am being generous its almost orange! Now the haircut she asked me how short in the back,I told her it had to be long enough to hide my scar on my neck and it is cut as short as a man’s and straight across no shape. I rate this as one of my top three worst haircut and color. That’s saying something since I have been getting my hair done since I 13yrs old and I am now 66 So do not get your hair done by Ashley. If the owner was there she should have intervened because people knew I was not happy!!! I will be writing reviews on every site I can think of
