Lake was so thorough and thoughtful in the way he cuts hair. He worked with me to find the perfect cut based on the stage my hair was in and the concerns I had. He explained his reasoning for what he was doing and was very knowledgeable about different techniques to use. Best haircut experience and haircut I’ve ever had. Conversation was pleasant and made me feel welcomed the first time there.

Moved here from California. I have been having a difficult time finding a stylist. I found Details with a simple search. First I was I really impressed with Michelle who answered the phone. Michelle asked me many good questions all in order to determine who would fit my needs. Having Michelle answering the phone is a definite 5 star as presents a very pleasant image. Then when I met Alan my stylist he was extra ordinary . He asked many questions to determine how to cut and what I have had previously. While cutting my hair he talked with me regarding my color and we will do that at next appointment. I can not say enough good things regarding my experience. I look forward to my return visits.

I haven’t had my hair done in a long time, my husband got Me a gift card for Details. I booked a consultation with Alan, he was incredibly kind and listened to what I was looking for and also made suggestions. I went back today for my appointment for a all over color and cut, since we met before Alan got right into it. My color and cut look beautiful, I go back next month for highlights and I can’t wait! Thank you Alan for making me look and feel so much better, and we had the best conversations!!
