Since Doan left this shop has become run down, dingy, and they use cheaper products and water things down. Definitely not what it used to be. They want high end prices using sub par products in not the best area and they aren’t even doing a really nice job. And they are not even a little bit friendly.

New owners are horrible. Went there and my nails fell off 5 days after I got them done. Not to mention they charged me $50 dollar for a basic color when I’ve gotten done so much more and design for that price.

Done with this place. They used to do a great job but lately they have been slippin. Seems like they have different ladies and they do not take pride in their work. My daughter showed them a picture of what she wanted. I left to run an errand came back to find that her nails did not look even close to the picture. There was polish all around and underneath my daughter’s nails. The woman was rushing so she can get more customers. She even got up to run after a customer that she thought was leaving! When I complained she acted like she couldn’t see the problem and when I actually pointed it out she says Ohhhh. Really, lady. Then when she looked at the picture again she says ohh you wanted ombré. Uh, yes that’s what we said from the beginning. Never again.
