Crystal is a highly skilled massage therapist. She was present, engaged and attentive to my body, what it needed and when it was needed. She knew how to warm up different areas, how deep of pressure to use, how long to use it and when to go lighter based on how my body was responding and what she could feel. She’s extremely intuitive and has mad skills!
