I’ve been going to DA for years. It’s a wonderful experience. The only thing I wish could be better is that the provider you’re assigned to changes. So if you want to continue to see the same provider for continuity, it’s not likely you can because they shuffle providers. But, one great thing about them doing it this way, is that you can get appointments timely and have short wait times. So, it’s just a trade off really. I recommend this business.

Horrible customer service I truly do not know how they are rated as highly as they are. I text the number on the company site to make an appointment (that is an option). I was booking for a hydrofacial and consultation for botox and juvederm fillers for smile lines and forehead as well as laser scar removal. Katie responded to me gave me appointment options, I picked a day and time waited for a confirmation. I never recieved a confirmation, phone call and day of no one called me to confirm my appointment let alone acknowledge that I made an appointment, I traveled from SF to Sacramento to attend this medical spa and half way on my way to their howe location I thought to myself why on earth would I pay one of these women to work kn my face when they’re front desk staff cannot follow up, confirm an appointment, let alone respond to me. I got off the free way stopped for lunch, visited a friend and drove back home. I saw the reviews and the #1 complaint with this company is customer service, I now see why. I would recommend for people to check out other bussiness if you value your time because the staff clearly does not.
