I’ll leave you a comment not just a review, I understand that I was late for my appointment and I explained it’s a natural reason, it was poring outside and I still decided to ran in the rain get my hair all messed up and then you are going to tell me you can no longer take me. I then proceeded to say okay only do my toes and I was being ignored after being a loyal customer this is how you guys treated me. This is unacceptable I apologize if I yell but any normal person would have been upset. Got my hair wet when I have an engagement then others walked in and was being assisted whilst you ignored my request. I never left the shop without leaving a tip because of the service I received. How can you tell me to remove review with you guys had other availability and because of the natural reason why I was sitting in my car you didn’t even have one of the staff do my toes. You told Rose to go to the back to help with others when she could have assisted . Huh?
