Positive: ValueThis is a very long but HONEST review.I have had almost every service that they offer, and let me tell you they are all very professional and skilled at their profession. I been coming to Des’nu for over two years and have never experienced a negative experience. Des’nu is very very sanitized, organized and a relaxing atmosphere. Stephanie is very professional, and holds a very clear understanding policy that is listed on multiple places prior to booking and as well as during and after the booking process.Elizabeth, (front desk receptionist) is very prompt, knowledgeable on the policy/services and understanding when communicating via email/phone.Rosy (sugar specialist) who is phenomenal at her work and very patient. I go to Rosy every 3 weeks for a full Brazilian, and each visit less hair grows back. Rosy is very careful and gentle when sugaring. I recommend purchasing the PFB Vanish at their Spa as it helped tremendously with pigmentation.Stephanie, (esthetician, owner of Des’nu) is very very knowledgeable when it comes to skin care and just about everything else lol. If you’re a new client I recommend booking a consultation, where she will personally let you know your skin type, and needs or whatever goals you might have she will recommend services and products. She is very honest, and each visit I see real results.Sol, (thread specialist) is by far the best threader in Central Florida. She listens to your brow goals and delivered more than I expected. I have achieved my brow goals with Sol. She offers brow lamination, tint, and just thread and is very skilled at each of her services offered. Sol is very kind, and does not rush her work which is appreciated each time.Joann, (esthetician) is very educated, when it comes to skin care. She will educate you while performing your facial to ensure you understand your skin type, and measures to take eternally to promote healthier skin. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am a nurse in dermatology and heard about Rosie who does the sugaring through a mutual friend.I mentioned my curiosity to a few of the providers I work for and they told me to go for it!I have been shaving everything for over ten years so I have a history of the stubborn ingrown as as well as pigmentation issues.The staff is extremely kind and the environment is very clean!They follow CDC guidelines and take temperature checks and require a mask prior to entry.I was pretty nervous due to never experiencing any type of hair removal down there. However, Rosie walked me through everything and I was very comfortable due to her obvious knowledge in the field.I also would like to add that I have very fair skin, allergic to tons of skin care products, and have psoriasis.
