This salon is amazing! Much like the other reviews here, I had a very difficult time initially contacting this salon. However, once I was able to, it has been smooth sailing ever since. My first appointment I had I got an anti aging facial and it was hands down the best facial I have ever had. My skin was glowing and smooth for days after. Aurora is very sweet and kind, and their prices are great!!! The place is pretty cute, and I always feel so relaxed being here as the music and scent in the air is quite calming. I was hesitant to try out this salon based on the reviews but honestly I’m so glad I did

Got an awesome facial. The facial included a face massage and mist on me. I loved it. It was very relaxing. Her room smelled great and had a very comfy bed. Also it included steam! I got a hair “blow out” and that felt very nice as well. The product made my hair so soft. By the way when I went there was a Valentines Event going on so there was drinks, snacks, and desserts. The whole place was decorated really cute with red hearts.

I had booked an appointment with Aurora on Friday at 2pm and drove over 30 minutes to get there on time and when I got there she wasn’t even there!! And she even called me the day before to confirm the appointment!! The receptionist tried to get in contact with her but she left her phone at a gas station. I have a very tight schedule and it upset me that they had no respect for my time. Very unprofessional and disappointed.

DO NOT RECCOMEND this place whatsoever. Purchased a coupon for four visits to this establishment and everytime I made a phone call to set an appointment four days in a row I never got a response. I then dispute the charge with my credit card company because this is very fraudulent because I never received services they are trying to fight to keep my money. STAY AWAY!!!!
