Understaffed. They have increased prices and reduced the service quality.My waxing has several blood clots and rashes , even after saying several times please hold the skin before pulling the strip. I would not recommend doing bikini and Brazilian wax here. Sticks and spatulas must be used one time and then thrown away. But this place dip the stick into the wax pot more than once during bikini & Brazilian wax. Spreading the germs.

If i have an option i would have given less than 1 star. I called by an appointment for blow hair without any styling and shampooing. Have been to the stire as per the mentioned time and called me inside for blow, spayed water and then went to see the price, she came back and told me it $55, do you want to continue, as i have no time i told i will go for this time but thats not at a fair price. Then after sometime she told the prices went up. If their prices went they would have informed on the phone itself. I was here during may for hair blow they charged me around 25-30. And in their menu it doesnt show the price. I would suggest to make sure and compare the prices before going in to.

I went yesterday for waxing but I had very bad experience with them. Even they are not doing properly and not holding our hand or legs n just pulling the strips. They reuse single strip multiple times. Left to many scars on my legs n hand. I did full legs but there are hair on back side of the leg as is. They did it very fast and didn’t bother to check if it’s done properly.
