Desire Nail Spa

Critical: QualityMy first experience was great. Professional and social. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. My daughter got acrylic nails and pedicure. We thought we found a great Nail Spa near us. Second experience, my daughter only, went to get a full in and design it was horrible. The paint looked a mess and so did the nails. I said let’s go back and get this redone right, she refused, stated she will never go back(plus nail broke a day later, previous set lasted almost a month). I say, well you can’t go wrong with just a pedicure(I was wrong). The picture shows the disappointment in a paid professional nail spa. He offered to redo but I had to leave(never said I was in a hurry or acted as if I was in a hurry). I went back today, same guy fixed the big toes only. They all looked like a 7year old painted them. The big toes look like they should have in the beginning the rest a mess. It should have all been repainted which is good customer service. My first experience was great. Professional and social. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. My daughter got acrylic nails and pedicure. We thought we found a great Nail Spa near us. The acrylic base is good but the Polish that I had done was seeping around in to my nail Cuticle areathe and didnt look very clean even asked him to be fixed they attempted it and it still looks not nice design looks good but the Polish around my nails and all my hand is not very nice and when I called explain to explain to a Hanna one on the owners is what I understand she is start laughing when I try explain to her what I didn’t like my nails so of course I don’t want to be back in there to get my nails fix .and big kicker I work next door.
