I had one of the worst haircut experiences of my life trying Nerdclips today! I had a picture and told her details of what to cut and how much to cut and she didn’t listen to a single word I said! Basically I just needed a trim as the style and shape had already been established and she completely destroyed my hair! Months of growing it out down the drain! I walked out of there almost in tears looking like a bowl-headed freak with a mullet! I was so embarrassed for anyone to look at me! I walk straight from that shop to Designers Touch which I’d never been to either and they got me right in and repaired all the damage that Hannah at Nerdclips had done as best they could. I still lost a few inches of hair but Yana at Designers Touch did an amazing job! I will only be seeing Yana from now on! I can’t recommend Designers Touch enough! Everyone in there was so sweet!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy experience at Designers’ Touch Hair and Skin was absolutely phenomenal. I was not really happy with my hair going in but when my stylist was complete I became very delighted because my hair finally felt like It belonged on me (As cliche as it sounds). My grandmother also accompanied me and had her hair styled and she adored hers, not to mention my mother also was able to get her eyebrows waxed and they came out stunning! Our stylists Ashlee and Amanda were extremely kind and very knowledgeable! I was not really happy with my hair going in but when my stylist was complete I became very delighted because my hair finally felt like It belonged on me (As cliche as it sounds).
