In my opinion the most important skill a hairdresser should possess is the ability and desire to listen to the client and Carla does just that. Whether it is my color or my cut, she gives me exactly what I ask for! Recently I got married and had procrastinated in deciding what I wanted to do with my hair for the wedding. In spite of my poor planning, Carla worked me in and spent THREE hours getting my hair exactly the way I wanted to feel beautiful for my wedding day!
