Had a great experience here getting a gel Mani and a classic Pedi. Front desk staff was friendly and easy to make appointments with. Salon was clean and we didn’t wait when we arrived. Photo attached shows gel Mani after a few days of growth, Kayla was fantastic and probably gave me one of the best manis I’ve ever had. If I lived in the area, this would become my usual spot. Can’t recommend it enough!

Went for my first waxing experience with a friend. We were greeted by friendly staff, they were not running late for our appointments, my esthetician was Mallory she was polite, friendly, and I did not feel uncomfortable or judged at all during my appointment. When we finished we paid and were offered to sit in the complementary massage chairs. The salon & spa is clean, smells good, staff is friendly, it’s a very peaceful environment. I plan to return.

After four years of being a loyal customer, I grew tired of inconsistent appointment times. Over the past year, I’ve had 6 different nail appointments cancelled with such limited availability to reschedule. The quality of service itself is wonderful, however the constant staffing issues and lack of customer service has made it difficult to call Designer’s Denn reliable.

Not a very good experience for a bridal party the bride looked amazing but curls were falling flat before we even left for bridesmaids and make up was caked on and not blended well the girls were all very nice however their work was not. Would not recommend for a bridal party maybe better for individual

It’s always great experience going here.. staff are the most loveliest and hospitality is just as good as everything else . i love going here.. they have best staff . Haven’t tried the hair stylist yet but am sure they are amazing too.. highly recommended A++ Pedicure, Brazilian waxing, Body waxing, Waxing

Gel manicure french was $50 which is very reasonable and 10 days later they are still flawless. I had Emily as a nail technician- she was friendly, efficient, and professional. She did beautiful work. Several other reviews are negative about the salon environment- we had no issues and I went there for years when I lived in PA without issues. Bridal party came in for gel manicures. They fit us all in relatively last minute and accommodated our individual needs. Gel manicure french was $50 which is very reasonable and 10 days later they are still flawless. I had Emily as a nail technician- she was friendly, efficient, and professional. She did beautiful work. Several other reviews are negative about the salon environment- we had no issues and I went there for years when I lived in PA without issues. I have only had the signature manicure so far, but after my experience, I intend to return. The storefront is very unassuming and I had not realized that the shop takes up the better part of the upper story of the building of shops.

I walk into every wax appointment knowing that there is a small possibility that such a thing could happen, but all of the people who waxed me before were knowable and experienced enough to make sure that it didn’t. I have been waxing on and off for years and never has a esthetician broken skin and made me bleed before today. I walk into every wax appointment knowing that there is a small possibility that such a thing could happen, but all of the people who waxed me before were knowable and experienced enough to make sure that it didn’t. I’m not going to this salon again. It is absolutely not normal to bleed after a wax.

I had my bridal hair and make up done here along with all of my bridesmaids, mom, mother in law, and grandmother. We had such a great experience! They provided us with a lounge area set up with tables and light refreshments and snacks which allowed us a place to relax while others got their services done. There was a schedule set up to ensure no time was wasted as we were on a tight schedule for the day! All of the ladies providing us service were very nice, personable, and really good at what they do! My bridal party looked amazing all day and night! Thank you Designers Denn!
