I’ve been here a few times because it’s convenient. These people will do anything to make a dollar. My nails are never “long” yet they wanted to charge me more money because the length I asked for was considered a $40 length. I have no idea what that meant so I had her cut my nails to the $30 length. There was literally no difference! I don’t wish bad on anyone but I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. Ive learned my lesson and will never give these people a dime ever again. BTW…this wasn’t the first time they tried to pull one over on me.

I called before hand to ask for prices to compare to beauty essentials. They said it would be 35$ for an acrylic gel. I thought I’d give it a shot. Once I got there, the lady was very unprofessional. When I told her what shape I wanted she kept showing me a different shape that’s easier to do. I refused twice, until she put her phone away. Once she started, I was correcting her telling her i wanted them slimmer. She told me to “zip it when I do your nails”. Needless to say, I was quite aggravated. At the end of it she asked me for a tip, and then charged me 45$. Very displeased and will never go again.

My nails got done by a “professional” who claimed they’d been doing nails 30+ years. My fingers have nail polish and glue all over them and my nails are very messed up. I am not happy at all. The nail artist asked a lot of personal questions, which I didn’t appreciate. The nail artist was also very flirtatious and this place and the workers lack professionalism very much. My time there all together was very upsetting.

Love the staff here!! They are always so welcoming like family. They do the best pedicures and manicures. Everything is reasonably priced and they can usually take you right away.
