The photos in the car were after my session, the photos in the restroom was one week later. Very disappointed in this facility. I did tell and show the lady that did my nails I was not happy at all, and she did offer to redo them, however she stated my cuticles were too dry and she could file them more but it would make my finger bleed… “Umm no ma’am, I did not come to you bleeding and don’t want to leave bleeding.” So I never returned.

Been going to this place for years. They always do a great job and are really friendly! Their SNS and acrylic nails last forever. I had one set on for 4 and a half months with only fill ins. Only took them off to give my nails a breather. They do great pedicures too! Love Designer Nails! Going to miss them when I move!

Positive: QualityI travel a lot for work and it’s always scary to go to a new salon. I called and spoke with Ms. LeLe and she scheduled me an appointment for the next day. I needed my acrylic set removed, a new set put on, toe polish change and pedi. I arrived almost 45 minutes early and they sat me right away. Maya began my polish change and pedi. LOVED HER! A lot of places that I go get the gel polish all over the skin around my toes which makes them pop off quickly. She took great care when painting and also got out any ingrown nails that I had! Very sweet lady. While Maya was doing my pedi, Chena (spelling..?) started on my nails! She clipped down my acrylics and did the soak off and drill method which I like much better than having them peeled off! She helped me pick out an acrylic and gel polish to match for my fingers and toes. She did a WONDERFUL job on the length and shape that I asked for. I plan to go back in a few weeks for my fill in! All I wanted was a full set but they are very pushy! Told me I needed a pedi i didn’t! I wanted no gel they basically will bully you into getting what they want you to get , so you can spend more money .what about what the customer wants yeah right! it’s not even about what you .then talk in their language to each other if you speak up about it very rude would will not be going back !

So I am rating this place based off my first experience on a two day nail set . So I was told to go to Kim , never been to this place before in my life but I know I needed my nails did on a Sunday . So when I went and got in her chair she made sure that I got everything I needed! Kim also made sure that every step of the way she walked me through , made sure that I was satisfied or if I had any questions! This was really good because usually nail techs Will Wait until the end to make sure you were satisfied and then have to start all over but Kim didn’t. She made sure if there was anything I didn’t like she changed it then. Kim also told me that normally her clients don’t get very long SMS nails so if I had any issues to make sure that I come back to her. Kim also made sure that I was aware of the price with any change! I can give this nail tech nothing but a 5 !!!! Although I haven’t been able to see if my nails will last long enough her customer service and people skills were just beyond outstanding! I will definitely be back because this was such a pleasant experience
