Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had my eyebrows micro bladed 2 different times somewhere else and this was my fist time at design brow studio. I have to say that I was very impressed with the cleaning in the studio. Tuwanna did a wonderful job making sure that my pain was under control. At the other place that I went my pain was at 9-10 all the time and she keep it very comfortable, I was blown away on how much she cared for me, she waited for the anesthesia to work, reapplied anesthesia as many times as I needed and keep asking me if I was ok during the procedure. Her technique is very nice and her bed side matters are amazing. I have had my eyebrows micro bladed 2 different times somewhere else and this was my fist time at design brow studio. I have to say that I was very impressed with the cleaning in the studio. Tuwanna did a wonderful job making sure that my pain was under control. I initially wanted to get ombré powder brows but I was super nervous. So I stuck with getting the designer brow wax and tint! EVERYTIME I left Tuwanna’s studio I was satisfied with the look of my brows! I felt beautiful and put together. During each of my appointments Tuwanna and I would discuss the process for the ombré powder brows. Eventually, I gained the courage to go for it! And boy am I glad I listened to Tuwanna! Because these brows are LIT! And I haven’t even been to my touch up session yet. The process was virtually pain free. I appreciated that Tuwanna was extremely patient and took her time getting my brows drawn on PERFECTLY prior to the tattoo process. And when the process actually started she was gentle and quick. I left the studio that day feeling like a movie star! And to top it off she provided an aftercare kit with supplies and instructions. Once the healing process began I had a few nervous moments. However, each time I texted Tuwanna she would tell me things were going perfectly according to schedule. And guess what, she was correct! My brows are healing beautifully and I’m becoming more confident by the day! It’s the little things that can have great impact on my confidence! I would recommend Tuwanna’s services to ANYONE that asked!!! My initial appointment was in February right before the government mandated stay home order- and even then she was very focused on infection control and cleanliness. It was one of the first things I noticed. Her suite is very cute, comfortable, and conveniently located. She spent most of the time drawing my template and making sure it was perfect. She was patient with me as I asked her to make changes I wanted. I have very sensitive skin and yet, whatever prep she used kept me from turning fire red, getting any bumps, or bruising. I have more skin irritation when I wash my face in the morning than I did after getting my face essentially tattooed. I returned for my touch up after the mandate was lifted and unsurprisingly, I received the same level of high quality service. The price is commensurate with the high quality service IMO. I was very pleased with my brows and continue to be (now 7 months post my initial appointment). I was also impressed at how quickly I was able to get my touch up (included in the initial price) appointment despite a likely long list of “new money” clientele. And if that’s not enough she has impeccable etiquette and just good energy. She gave me a cute little gift back with a ribbon with everything I needed including a very helpful infographic so I knew what to expect as my brows healed…and a cute tea-light candle. I will definitely be a return customer when my brows start to fade likely a long time from now. They look amazing and have not faded a bit! I haven’t used a brow pencil in months and I never want to go back. So nice to roll out of bed with perfect brows.
