Nightmare of a lash extension experience. My eyes were swollen within 24 hours. I’ve had eyelashes in the past with zero problems. Everything from my research stated bad application as the reason. First she tried to blame me for having a makeup build up. I haven’t worn makeup in 6 months and wash my face daily. I was shocked to have my lashes removed and not offered a refund. Poor customer service and your lash tech needs more training. I had great experiences with my hair but don’t think I can ever go back there now. Victim blaming is never ok. As a registered nurse I am very worried that others could end up with horrible infection or eye injury.

My hair stylist is Samantha Banfield who works at is salon. I’ve known her growing up and felt very comfortable to reach out to see if she can do my hair, not only for normal everyday but also for my wedding. I have very curly hair where some stylist are uncomfortable or do not know what to do but Sam is the opposite. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure to show I could trust her with my hair. She is an amazing stylist for everyday looks. Sam traveled to my wedding and did my hair for my big day. It was the most beautiful hair style I’ve ever worn as it showed off my natural curls and made me feel so beautiful. Everyone complimented it all night long, so thank you Sam for making me feel great!

Received a very stylish hair cut after discussing my options. Was treated with high level of care and respect. Given a beverage upon registering and received massage of head and neck. Kind staff – Paige is top notch stylist. Love my new do and learned many hair care tips as well as receiving samples of shampoo to trial. Highly recommend this salon!

I was at this salon for 5 hours. For a color cut style and eye brow wax. Spent $292 dollars. The stylist was friendly but my hair was cut way too short the color didn’t turn out and my eye brow waxing was very undone. A quick wax but no kind of pulling out of the stray strands that the wax missed. Do not recommend Blowouts, Haircut, Waxing, Hair coloring, Hairstyling

I was referred to Mycaela for my wedding hair & makeup – and she was absolutely fantastic! I had a great experience during my trial at the salon (the whole staff is so friendly and it was a very welcoming environment), and Mycaela traveled to me onsite the day of my wedding (all the way in Kalamazoo!). She was even willing to accommodate some last-minute hair requests from my bridesmaids. I knew exactly what I wanted for my hair but was pretty open to makeup ideas, and I could not have been happier with my results. My look lasted all day, through an outdoor June wedding with humidity & rain. She was so sweet, helpful, professional and (bonus) extremely affordable! Would absolutely recommend.
