I went here for the first time today and it will be my go to salon! They took great care of my mom and I and our nails came out beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve used their services before hadn’t been here for about 2 months, came in today around 5:38pm. People looked tired and not in a good mood. Anywho, asked for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Had a young man start my pedicure but he asked another young lady to finish. Not sure why or what was the problem??? When the young lady finished she said to wait for my nail polish to dry a little, but never mentioned anything about my eyebrow wax. Was waiting for them to come back and do my eyebrow wax but no came back. Finally the young lady came back and said we are done. Have to mentioned that they never asked if I wanted something to drink either. Went to pay and the front desk was it’s $52!!???? Then I said the price said $33, then she shows me the price on her menu that said 52 and proceeds to say 33 is for the manicure and the pedicure is 52. The only thing is that it didn’t say that on the menu that I was showed from the beginning. This really made me upset. Didn’t feel like arguing but I’m definitely not coming back

Spencer did a wonderful job. The first picture was my reference picture and the second was his work. He even noticed his mistake and fixed it. Instead of letting me walk away with it unsatisfied.

I had a fake nail from a previous nail shop, they didn’t take the ingrown nail out before they put it on. I told them and they handled it. Any problems my sister or I found with our nails they fixed promptly. Would definitely go back. On another note when we asked them about tipping, they said you have to tell them to add the tip with the bill or pay cash but they aren’t allowed to ask.
