Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have been coming here for over 5yrs, with this virus going on I simply asked her to wash her hands before she did my eyebrows because she was going back and forth between 2 customer toes and hands and never washed them. She stated “ that she washed them on a towel “ so she got mad and went back to the other customer and never came back to do my eyebrows. So I just let the guy polish my toes but will not be back. I have been coming here for over 5yrs, with this virus going on I simply asked her to wash her hands before she did my eyebrows because she was going back and forth between 2 customer toes and hands and never washed them. My nana took me,my sister and my cousin to each get a full set acrylic. There were 3 workers and 3 people in the salon. As waiting my sister gets seated and they start working on her. Then me. My cousin had to sit there for 10 minutes waiting and when the man put her nails on he forgot the pinki so when me and my sister were done she still had not gotten her acrylics even on. So alltogether it took about 4 hours just for hers to be glued on. And not even 5 days later all of my cousins nails just fell off out of the blue. And a bunch of mine started cracking.

This place did a horrible job on my nails! There were dips and bubbles in my nails. Also, the polish was thick and uneven. Not to mention, the next day my nails stated cracking and chipping.
