Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI do not recommend this place at all. I went to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. Claudia did my pedicure and did an amazing job. Tony, on the other hand did my nails. While doing my nails he was being very rough. He was arguing with another one of the nail techs. He was applying so much pressure to my fingers that I pulled back but he continued. I let him finish doing my nails and I just payed and left. Once I got home and got in the shower, about 5 nails FELL OFF! Mind you this was at 9pm so I waited until this morning for them to open and tell them that I wanted my refund. They made it seem like I was going to get my refund, they even designated a time for me to show up. I get there during my lunch time and I make them aware that I am there for my refund and Tony is not happy. He claims that I went and got them done, then went to a party and didn’t like them the next day and then went for my refund?! He argued that he was not going to give me a refund and I continued to state that someone told me I was going to get my refund. Well things escalated and I contacted the authorities. He was pretending to be this really nice man and claiming he did my pedicure when he did not. Finally he said that he would only be able to give me $20 instead of the $35 I payed. I refused and took the policeman’s advice a file a law suit against him for his unprofessionalism and the terrible service that was offered to me. And mind you, there is no sign that stated that they don’t give refunds. Long story short, Tony will be seeing me in court. Ladies, please don’t spend your time or money on this place. I do not recommend this place at all. I went to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. Claudia did my pedicure and did an amazing job. Tony, on the other hand did my nails. The tech had acrylic all on top of my cuticles and the sides of my nails and once I asked him politely to fix it .. it was clear he got upset and started being very rough! I had to tell him “ow that hurt” and pull away my hand a couple of times. I had acrylic all over my hands and under the bottom of the tips of nails. I got home a few hours passed and that same night my pinky nail fell off. I didn’t think much of it I just glued it back on myself and within 4 days they had ALL fallen off. I called and the same tech LAUGHED ON THE PHONE as I expressed what had happened. I was being polite because I know not every nail tech is the same but when he laughed I realized it was the same tech who did my nails. The day I walked in I went with a friend and her experience was bad also. She left with wet acrylics and later they started breaking.Services: Pedicure, ManicureI do NOT recommend this place at ALL.
