Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve come here a few times and every time I come the change the price of the gel pedicure. Begore sitting down today I asked the cost of the service and was told $25. At the end of my service they charged me $45. No one here speaks English so at first I assumed there was a language barrier but at this point I think it’s a ploy to get clients in the chair. I will no longer be coming here. The quality of service does not match the cost. The location was convenience but other than that, my gel pedicure always looks like a child painted it. I’ve come here a few times and every time I come the change the price of the gel pedicure. Begore sitting down today I asked the cost of the service and was told $25. At the end of my service they charged me $45. No one here speaks English so at first I assumed there was a language barrier but at this point I think it’s a ploy to get clients in the chair. Critical: ProfessionalismI traveled to this salon because it was open on Sunday, she asked what I needed, I said manicure..she looks around says I don’t know then starts engaging the customer behind me, grabs the appointment book and starts booking the girl behind me as if I wasn’t standing there. I asked – so no? This was just horrible, I won’t try them again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI followed Rocia to this Salon as one of her loyal customers. I tried to deal with the subpar standards at this new salon. I STRUGGLED threw a few appointments but could no longer take the clutter, the foul smells, and the cheap polish. Not only did the polish chip within days of getting my service I got a fungus on my toe. I am not comfortable with the little COVID Precautions. I followed Rocia to this Salon as one of her loyal customers. I tried to deal with the subpar standards at this new salon. I STRUGGLED threw a few appointments but could no longer take the clutter, the foul smells, and the cheap polish. Not only did the polish chip within days of getting my service I got a fungus on my toe. I am not comfortable with the little COVID Precautions. DO NOT GO HERE!

Critical: QualityI have gone back to this nail place a few times and kept trying it out because I really wanted to like it, however my two nails kept falling off and after a while your suppose to take off the old nails and put a new set on I did not know this and not once did they inform me of this, so at one point all of my nails had fallen off, when I went to a new place they explained why they fell off and removed the 2 that were still on and replaced them with new ones. I will not be going back to this place again!
