First of all: I understand nail salons are never famous for being polite or nice, all of the nail ladies were awful. I told her what I wanted & she wasn’t listening to me. She then Broke my actual nail tips and then glued the plastic nail tip on it. When I told her I saw that and if she could fix it she said no. Nothing will happen to your nail & now 1.5 weeks later I sm bleeding on 4 nails. And the cities and cheap acrylic powder. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had such bad service or nails.

i went in for a full set of acrylics. the price i saw was 39 for a full set and 11 for gel. so i was supposed to pay 45. my nails were longer than usual so i expected to be charged an extra 5 maybe 10 which would make it 55. i also thought that was fine.

Worst fill job ever. Asked for Pink and white fill, for French nails. The lady painted on the white French tip. Got them done last week and they are already breaking and falling off. Never going back! My nails look so cheap. Acrylic nails

My friend went to get a pedicure and the woman was rough and careless and I know because I was there personally, the whole time my friend was texting me telling me that it was hurting and that she wanted to leave, the next day she had an infection on her toenail and she was in pain. Don’t recommend at all!!! Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismJenny was my nail tech. She took her time doing my nails and came out so pretty she also did my pedicure. After finishing with me she and the rest of the nail technicians sanitized the chairs after each use. Everyone is wearing a mask. And the place look cleans. I came here the day before I went on a 7 day vacation and got a gel full set and regular pedicure. Lost three nails before I made it back home. That’s a problem to me. Gel full set was $43 and lasted me 3 days. Too expensive not to even last a week. My regular pedicure held up. Please stop encouraging customers to get gel if you know you are not using quality products. Will not be back.

Horrible! They USED to have decent service with qualified and experienced nail techs but most of them have left the Salon. Now there are a bunch of techs who either don’t have the skill set for good work or techs who dont really put much effort or quality into their work. If you read the reviews most if the good reviews were on nail techs that are no longer there!

Never Again !! I went in to do my eyebrows and all they did was burn my eyelid!! The wax was really hot. I felt it when she put it on my skin. The way they work it’s just rushed. Better safe than sorry! Don’t go there if you have sensitive skin.
