We just went here this evening to get pedicures before a friend’s wedding and I’m am in love with this place. It was very clean and beautiful. All the ladies were so sweet and helpful. They did an amazing job on everyone. The prices are completely reasonable. My favorite thing was actually the smell! I didn’t bring my daughter because I was anticipating the overwhelming smell that most salons have but this one didn’t. It is such a nice salon and we will definitely be coming back!

I have been a customer in the past. I am always amazed by the ability of the manicurist to draw pictures, symbols, etc. on my small nail beds. It is an art. I have never been treated by anyone at this shop with anything other than kindness! They are priced right in the same range as any of the top nail salons in the area.

I’m a type 2 Diabetic; have bilateral Dupuytrens disease in my hands. Tiffany has done my feet; hands last few years with such care. The shop is clean; full of plants that are beautiful. Always pleasant. I feel healed when I leave. Parking is easy. All the ladies are great. Hand; feet massage is invigorating. Hot stones available.

I had a spa pedicure & acrylic nails done. I can say this is by far the best pedicure and manicure I have had done . The environment was very clean, relaxing, and welcoming . If you are trying to find a new nail salon, just like I was, this is absolutely your best bet. Also, I had my acrylic nails done by CHI she’s amazing !

I love Chi, she knows exactly what to do when I give her an idea. My nails always look amazing. They aren’t bulky, they last SO long and I’m a dog groomer, so my nails get beat up. I definitely recommend Chi at Design Her Nails, but any of the other technicians are great too. ♥

Scheduled appointments here because of the reviews and location. We were able to get in the same day and they were ready for us when we got there which was great. One of us got a pedicure but was surprised there was no massage during the pedicure and her feet were still rough afterward. Another got a full set that took about an hour forty five to complete. There was a lot of filing which made the nails thin and come out shorter than what was wanted. The manicures were okay but the color selection was super limited. There may have been 12 to 15 colors available. Overall, the quality was not worth the price.

If I could give them 0 stars I would they had no idea what they were doing. I got a basic pedicure and the board says 25 but when I go to pay they tell me its 40.00 and when I ask why they say it’s an extra 15.00 for gel. I have no problem paying extra for gel ( I get my nails done all the time and always expect to pay 5.00 extra for gel) but nobody told me that gel would be extra and then for it to be 15.00 is outrageous. The girl had no explanation as to why they didn’t let us know of the price and then said its usually on the board (but then looked at the board and said it wasnt there) just bad business practice. I would not recommend them.

This place is pricey and I had the worst looking nails when I left. I was the only client in there at the time but for some reason the girl doing my nails was in a big hurry. I asked for gel and my nails looked extremely bulky and fake at the end. It looked like the girl was new at the job and she basically did an experiment on my nails. There were a few other things I wasn’t happy with. In conclusion it was a big waste of money, my time and the vacation nails I was hoping for. Never going back!
