Critical: ProfessionalismWent to get my extensions sewed in and after a week they are very lose ! Called Maria today and she said there’s nothing they can do. Even after I asked the stylist if it would come out after a week she assured me no. They clearly don’t know how to apply extensions. She said the lady that did my hair won’t be in till Thursday and I’ll have to wait cUz Maria is booked all day. Poor customer service I paid almost 200$ for 4 tracks to come lose in one week. I myself am a cosmetologist and I never ever had someone come back to me after a week saying their extensions are lose. And if they did I would make sure as a manager to make them happy for what they paid for and re do them! I’ll never go back here ever again. They clearly don’t know how to do sew in ! Went to get my extensions sewed in and after a week they are very lose ! Called Maria today and she said there’s nothing they can do. Even after I asked the stylist if it would come out after a week she assured me no. They clearly don’t know how to apply extensions. I took my niece to the salon to get her hair coloured for school, the lady who did her hair messed up the color terribly and was burned my niece so badly that she began to cry. Maria told us to come back and she’ll fix it for her. We went back to the salon yesterday and Maria told me she was on her way for nearly two hours. Once she arrived she told me she can’t do corse hair due to a heart condition.
